Fristad: A place of refuge

Fristad is a Swedish word that means refuge - a source of help, relief, and comfort. Fristad Lutheran Church is a place to give and receive loving support and encouragement in all phases of life.

We have some exciting programs for all. Please take time to look around our web site to see if anything may interest you. Your opinions and ideas are important, so please be sure to email any comments. We hope that you will visit our church any Sunday or during a special event.
