Blueberry Salad
2 3oz pkgs lemon Jello
1 can (medium) blueberries and juice

Dissolve jello in 2 cups boiling water. Drain blueberries. Add water to juice to make 1 1/2 cups. Add to jello mixture. Stir in blueberries. Pour into ring mold.

Dressing:
1/2 pint sour cream
8 marshmallows, quartered

Combine. Let stand overnight before serving.

Chicken (Mommy's Good Chicken Meat)
4-5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup chicken broth
Soy sauce or White wine

Place chicken in baking dish, pour in chicken broth, splash each breast with Soy sauce or add 1/4 cup white wine. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or till juices run clear. You can make the juice in to gravy when its done or spoon the juice on rice as is.

Accidental Brownies
1/2 cup butter
2 cups sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa mix (Swiss Miss or Carnation)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In large bowl, cream butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Mix flour and cocoa mix together and add to mixture with milk and nuts. Pour in to prepared 9 x 13 inch cake pan.

Bake 1 hour until toothpick comes out dry.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
